Can a normal dentist treat an orthodontic case?

How long does it take to finish a case?
It depends on case to case and dental condition of a patient. Approximately it takes one to one and half year time to complete a case after which patients are adviced to wear retainers(removable) to stablize teeth so that case does not relapse.
Should we have to remove teeth in orthodontic treatment?
It depends on the dental oral conditions of patient. if doctor feels that he needs space to align teeth then we patients are adviced for extraction of teeth. We can only answer this question after a through consultation.
Is orthodontic treatment temporary or permanent?
Orthodontic treatment is properly if done by qualified doctor and if patient properly follows the post treatment instructions given by doctors.
Is orthodontic treatment painful?
No orthodondic treatment does not hurt patient at all nor painful but patient feels little discomfort.
