Dr. Akifuddin has been working with Cortical (Immediate Functional Loading) Implantology since 2014. He currently is a Certified Masterclass Immediate Functional Loading Implantologist, and is also a Teacher of Immediate Functional Loading Implantology for the International Implant Foundation.
A Maxillofacial Surgeon by degree, and a lover of Prosthodontics by heart, Dr. Akifuddin has to his credit thousands of successful dental implants and oral rehabilitations. He takes special interest in undertaking and performing complex oral rehabilitations, in challenging situations like atrophic jaws, reconstruction of dental segments in resected jawbones, zygomatic and pterygoid implants, and deals with all his cases on an "extraction to cementation" basis. Dr. Farheen developed a keen interest in the science of Quality Control and Management, and acquired the yellow, green and black belt certification in the Six Sigma Methodology for Statistical Quality Control and Process Improvement, From MSME, Agra, and Indian Statistical Institute. She was awarded the PhD Degree in 2017 from PAHER University, in recognition for her work on the application of the Six Sigma Methodology for process improvement in Dental Setups, a work which was regarded to be the first of its kind in the country.
Within the realm of dentistry, Dr farheen has numerous accolades and certifications to her credit, which has diversified her scope of dental practice.
